A team of international chefs headed by Executive Chef Paul Proverbs and Sous Chef, Colin Rayner, create truly inspired interpretations of traditional international cuisine. Six nights a week the Cedar Room offers a five-course dinner, while on Mondays an evening barbecue and buffet is offered. Be sure to finish your meal with an indulgent dessert, prepared by Swiss pastry chef, Jorg Rudolf. Cedar Room Restaurant is a fine dining restaurant. It serves breakfast & dinner.

Ambiance

Consistent with its name, the Cedar Room Restaurant features exposed beams, furniture, and window frames made from original Bermuda cedar. Sit in either the atrium surrounded by indiginous plants, or in the main dining room with an excellent view of the ocean. A strict dress code is required.
