The tantalizing lunch menu includes sandwiches, salads and Pawpaw Montespan made from green papaya, ground beef and herbs, the restaurant’s signature dish. Do check out lobster ravioli in basil-cream sauce with strips of smoked salmon, a part of the evening menu and a big hit too. The seafood, vol-au-vent, baked in pastry with cream sauce is a complete lip-smacker! If you dig island specialities, go in for the red snapper in banana sauce. Other tempters include tender pepper steak in cognac-cream sauce and lamb kabobs served with mushroom, raisin and pineapple couscous, topped with a tomato basil sauce. Pawpaws Restaurant & Bar serves French and Caribbean cuisine. It is open for lunch & dinner.
