A team of international chefs headed by Executive Chef Paul Proverbs and Sous Chef, Colin Rayner, create truly inspired interpretations of traditional international cuisine. Six nights a week the Cedar Room offers a five-course dinner, while on Mondays an evening barbecue and buffet is offered. Be sure to finish your meal with an indulgent dessert, prepared by Swiss pastry chef, Jorg Rudolf.
